2 Forms of National ID (ID card, drivers Permit, Passport)

Utility bill in your name (Where utility bill is not in your name an authorization letter and copy of holder’s ID must be provided)

Home Improvement / Renovation Loan Requirements:

Estimates for Materials e.g., Blocks, Steel, Gravel, or Cement

Quotations for Labour Costs

Building Plans like schematics or other drawings illustrating the changes to be made to the structure of the building

Official invoice or quotation for airline tickets, medical treatment and other related costs

A Letter from the patient’s Doctor or medical practitioner confirming the course of treatment

Settlement Letter from creditors for debt consolidation

Official invoice or quotation for purchase of appliances, furniture, Insurance, personal expenses

Detailed Business Plan, Cash Flow projections or estimates for self-employed members

Official invoice or quotation for education fees or computer expenses

Letter of Acceptance from University or College (If applicable)
