Family Critical Illness Plan

Your family’s wellness is very important, and the support of your family is needed when a serious diagnosis strikes. The Family Critical Illness Plan provides up to $300,000.00 in critical illness coverage. Should you or one of your family members become diagnosed with cancer, heart attack, stroke, paralysis, major burns, and coma. This plan provides coverage for you and up to 5 of your eligible family members.
